The Opportunity
Tullett Prebon is offering a fantastic opportunity for a small number of graduates to join its elite training programme commencing in September 2008. The Apprenticeship will provide the necessary development and practical experience to succeed in our highly competitive inter-dealer broking business. We welcome applications from individuals who can demonstrate that they have what it takes to succeed. The Apprenticeship will run for approximately 6-9 months. Upon successful completion of the scheme individuals will be assigned to a business area that best matches the skills they have developed during the training period. Further details will be available during the selection process. What you will be doing as an Apprentice: Following a structured induction and training programme Providing support to brokers to help you learn what it takes to be a successful. Gaining hands on experience in different areas of our product divisions Working towards financial services qualifications	You will have the opportunity to work across all product areas including, Derivatives, Fixed Income Securities, Money Markets, Foreign Exchange, Energy, Credit and Equity Derivatives Apprenticeship Highlights: On acceptance of our job offer you will be assigned a mentor who will offer advice and guidance throughout the Apprenticeship As soon as you join us you will attend a two week induction programme to introduce you to our business and enable you to build strong relationships with your peers and mentors. We will help you to hit the ground running by ensuring you experience some classroom based training to assist your technical knowledge of financial markets, product areas and your personal and behavioural skill development. We will provide you with hands on experience by working on varied desks. This experience will enable us to jointly identify and determine your future career path.
